Comparison between fluorescent lamps and Blue Sky Scheme Energy Lighting

Power test in a certain duration:comparison of the use of electricity between two Fluorescent lamps and two Blue Sky Scheme Energy Saving Lightings in 360 hours

Test results:

1.
The electricity consumption of a fluorescent lamp in an hour =
The electricity consumption of a Blue Sky Scheme Energy Saving Lighting =

Ratio:
The electricity consumption of a fluorescent lamp in an hour / The electricity consumption of a Blue Sky Scheme Energy Saving Lighting * 100% = %

Reasons why fluorescent lamps consume more electricity:

1.
Electric current has to pass through ballast and glow starter, which serve as the starting components. This process itself already wastes electricity.
2.
After starting, ballast limits oversized electric current passing through the lamp. The ballast is then heated up, which again wastes electricity.
3.
Since the operation of the electric components waste the power, the power of fluorescent lamps lies between 0.85 watt and 0.9 watt.
