Introduction
The Association of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (HK) Limited ( EMHK), founded in April 2004, is a training provider of mechanical and electrical subject, located at Kowloon, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. EMHK is now offering a wide range of education and vocational programmes from certificate to higher diploma level. All the programs are accredited by the Hong Kong government, The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic, Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and the Employee Retraining Board (ERB) .

2012 | Launched the first QF Level 3 Electrical Engineering learning program in the Hong Kong Qualified by the Employee Retraining Broad (ERB) |
2013 | Launched the first Diploma Program in Electrical Engineering by using the Specifications of Competency Standards (SCSs) in Hong Kong (www.hkqf.gov.hk) |
2014 | 1) Qualified by the BTEC as Higher National Diploma course provider. 2) Appointed by the Education Bureau, HKSAR Government, to develop Specification of Competency Standards-based Training Packages under Qualifications Framework in the industry of Electrical & Mechanical |
2015 | Appointed by the Education Bureau, HKSAR Government, to develop the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanism under the QF. |
2016 | Launched first SCS-Based Aerodynamic Programme |

Quality Assurance
All the QF programs from certificate level to Diploma level are accredited by the official body. The programs can be found in the Quality Register (www.hkqr.gov.hk).
Teaching and Learning Facilities
EMHK has Eight training centres, including three work-shops. All training centres are located in the heart of the city and students are easy to access by taking the subway. The work-shops are tailored-made for electrical and electronic training purposes.
